HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON ibuyrite?
Ordering on ibuyrite is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information.
IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ON ibuyrite?
Yes, it is safe to order on ibuyrite. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON ibuyrite?
Shipping Times & Rates
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, ibuyrite. does not ship orders to post o_ce boxes. ibuyrite is able to accept post o_ce box addresses for your billing needs.
For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:
Ground shipping: $15. Please allow 4-5 business days.
Express shipping: $20. Please allow 3-4 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee.
Next-day delivery: $30 without signature con_rmation or $35 with signature confirmation. Orders placed before 3:00PM EST Monday through Friday will be delivered on the following day, including Saturdays where Saturday delivery service is available. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. Next-day delivery is not o_ered for watches or engraved items.
Free shipping: Purchases $50 and over.

The price of the merchandise must meet the required amount in order to receive complimentary shipping.
Sales tax does not count toward the total amount.
Multiple items totaling the required amount will not receive free shipping if sent to multiple addresses.
CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO AN INTERNATIONAL LOCATION?
No, currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX ON MY ibuyrite PURCHASE?
ibuyrite is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business. Therefore, all ibuyrite online and phone orders will include sales tax where such taxes are imposed by the destination state. Applicable sales tax will be added for deliveries within the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY. ARE PRICES ON ibuyrite SUBJECT TO CHANGE?
Prices on ibuyrite are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the ibuyrite merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase.
HOW DO I ORDER ibuyrite MERCHANDISE?
Online: Once you have selected your ibuyrite merchandise, click "Buy". You will be guided through the order process.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM ON ibuyrite?
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Number from email@example.com. When you receive your Return Merchandise Number (RMN), obtain a box in which to ship the item and a_x the RMN to the box. We will accept o_er a refund of any item returned with the item still unused and in original packaging.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR AN OVERSIZED ITEM?
As stated in our standard return policy, oversized items must also be returned within 30 days, unused and in the original packaging. If an oversized item is not returned unused and in the original packaging, ibuyrite reserves the right to o_er only a partial refund of the purchase price. The amount of the refund will be dependent on the condition of the item as it is returned to us.
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS ON AN OVERSIZED ITEM?
Yes, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs of an oversized item. There will be an inspection of the item once received. We will give only a partial refund of the purchase price if the returned item is not in its new, original and unopened condition. The amount of the partial refund depends on the condition of the item as determined by our sole discretion.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FIND THAT MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE UPON DELIVERY?
If the return is a result of damage or defect, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. In the event that any of these occur, all details of the damage or defect need to be clearly noted on all copies of the BOL (Bill of Lading) and Delivery Receipt upon your inspection during your delivery in order for us to assist you with a return or replacement. In addition, we must to be notifed within 5 business days.
By signing for your delivery without noting the problem with your shipment on the delivery paperwork, you affirm your item was delivered to you with no damage or defect.
If your shipment is severely damaged, please refuse the shipment, note the BOL “refused due to damage” and contact Customer Care immediately.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FIND THAT MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE AFTER DELIVERY?
If you inspect the shipment and there is not any noticeable damage, but you found concealed damage or defects after the carrier leaves:
DO NOT discard any of the shipping boxes or packing materials, including the pallet the item may have been delivered with.
DO NOT discard the product itself because it may be necessary for the carrier to inspect the item and report on the damage.
DO NOT ship the item back to ibuyrite without first being instructed to do so. Failure to comply may result in denial of a damaged item claim per the shipping carrier’s claims guidelines.
Immediately contact ibuyrite.com to report the situation. Include helpful details, such as package condition, how it was received (left at front door/signed for), and description of the damage. If possible, please take several pictures showing the affected area(s). We will work to resolve the issue and, in our sole discretion, we may:
Arrange a repair or replacement if an item fall under a manufacturer’s warranty;
Arrange for and pay the cost for repair of an item that does not fall under a manufacturer’s warranty;
Issue a replacement; or Authorize a return
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Only orders that have not been processed for shipment can be cancelled.
You may also cancel specifc items in your order if you are cancelling before processing for shipment.
WILL I BE REFUNDED AFTER I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you have cancelled your order before being processed for shipping, we will credit the cancelled order in the form of payment used.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER
You cannot change your order after submitting it. You can cancel the original order if it has not been processed for shipment, and then make a separate order.
I CANCELLED MY ORDER. WHEN DO I GET REFUNDED?
Typically, you will be refunded within 3-5 business days after the successful cancellation of an order. If it takes longer, please contact your _nancial institution for more information, and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
